Ever Memory Pet - Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Custom & Handcrafted Artwork Disclaimer Every masterpiece from Ever Memory Pet is 100% meticulously handcrafted and personalized based on your pet's photos and unique story. Due to the highly customized nature of these individual art pieces, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the crafting process has begun or after the item has been shipped.

2. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (Before Shipment) We are deeply committed to ensuring you love your keepsake. To bridge the gap, we provide high-definition photo approvals before shipping. Our artisans will present detailed images of your completed custom piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer unlimited modifications based on your feedback until it perfectly matches your expectations. Shipment will ONLY occur upon your formal approval.

3. Order Cancellations You may request a full cancellation and refund within 48 hours after placing your order. After 48 hours, materials will be allocated and our artisans will begin scheduling the production timeline, making the order non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Lost Items During Transit In the rare event that your custom frame or artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at  evermemorypet@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will immediately arrange a priority remake for you free of charge.
